Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire agreement between you and phdream 333.

Eligibility & Registration

By completing the registration process on phdream 333, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. phdream 333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phdream 333. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream 333 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phdream 333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify phdream 333 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. phdream 333 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access or fraudulent activity.

phdream 333 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Prior to closure, phdream 333 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder using the contact details on file. Any remaining real-money balance in an inactive account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phdream 333 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdream 333 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phdream 333's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phdream 333 account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phdream 333 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your phdream 333 account, or to a verified account in your own name.
3. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
4. phdream 333 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
5. phdream 333 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
6. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

All funds deposited into your phdream 333 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. phdream 333 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

phdream 333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms and conditions applicable to the individual promotion, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by phdream 333:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

Gameplay Rules

In the event of any conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phdream 333 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. phdream 333 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any funds associated with such conduct.

• Creating more than one account on phdream 333, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phdream 333 games or services.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in phdream 333's platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using phdream 333 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or any other unlawful source.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward phdream 333 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phdream 333's software or systems.

Termination

You may close your phdream 333 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful identity verification, provided that no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are pending.

phdream 333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination for breach, phdream 333 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at phdream 333's discretion following investigation.

Amendments
